I need help to track my Order!
Go to http://blackbora.com/track-order/ Enter your AWB No. and Select the Courier Company. You will find the AWB No. and the Courier Company’s name in your registered email address after the package has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If the product is broken or you don’t like the quality?
Send us pictures at care@blackbora.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Make sure your issue is clear from the pictures. We will send you a brand new replacement!

If you change your mind after ordering?
If you would like to make any changes in your order or would like to change the customer details then please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to make the necessary modifications. Call us on +91-8860604941 or mail us at care@blackbora.com

If you receive the wrong product?
Send us a picture at care@blackbora.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Make sure you have packed the product securely before handing it over to the pickup guy. After receiving your returned package, we’ll dispatch your replacement.

We have our own pickup service which is available only at specific Pincodes.

However if our pickup service is not available at your pincode then the product will have to self shipped by you.
Customers who self ship their orders will be provided credits or refund worth Rs. 50 for shipments weighing upto 500 grams.

  1. Packages exceeding 500 grams in weight will attract an additional refund of Rs. 50
  2. For example, a single mug piece weighs around 400 grams which if returned would give you a cashback of Rs. 50 in your account.
  3. If you happen to return 5 mugs, your return shipment weighs around 2kgs and would give you a cashback of Rs. 200.
  4. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
  5. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
  6. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service opted by the customer.
  7. If the courier cost is lesser than Rs. 50, you will still be receiving a cashback of Rs. 50.

What is the delivery time period?
BlackBora delivers within 5-7 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address.

What is the Return process?
Socks and other inner wear products won't be considered for returns or replacements. For any other product, please drop us an email at care@blackbora.com within 10 days of receiving the products.

What is the Refund process?
If you wish to claim a refund then the request should be raised within 10 days of receiving the product i.e. 10 days from the date of delivery.
